Terms of Service — HubForPros

Welcome to HubForPros. By using our website and mobile application you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

HubForPros is a Nigerian on-demand marketplace connecting customers with skilled service providers. We are the platform — the pros are independent contractors, not our employees.

2. Account eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate profile information.

3. Bookings & payments

Prices, quotations and service scope are agreed between customer and provider.
Payments are collected via Paystack and held in escrow until the job is confirmed complete.
A platform service fee is added to bookings and disclosed at checkout.

4. Cancellations, refunds & disputes

Either party may cancel before a booking is accepted. After acceptance, cancellation fees may apply. If a dispute arises, tap Report an issue on the booking — an admin will review the evidence and adjudicate the escrow.

5. Provider verification

Verification badges (Basic, Certified, Licensed) are awarded after documentary review. Fraud, misrepresentation or violation of these terms may result in badge revocation and account termination.

6. Prohibited conduct

Off-platform payment attempts to avoid the escrow protection.
Abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour.
Fake reviews, spam, or manipulation of ratings.

7. Liability

HubForPros is a marketplace intermediary. We do not perform the underlying services and are not liable for the acts, omissions or workmanship of providers, except as required by Nigerian consumer-protection law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HubForPros after changes means you accept the revised terms.
